Honoring intergenerational knowledge that was disrupted by colonization and medicalization

Examining the historical and ongoing impacts of colonialism on maternal care
Learning how to advocate for clients within the medical-industrial complex while centering autonomy
Understanding how racism, capitalism, and patriarchy affect birthing people, especially BIPOC
Developing strategies to create community-led birth support outside of white-centered institutions

Restoring postpartum traditions (quarentena, la dieta, belly binding, herbal steams, etc.)
Deepening knowledge of womb healing practices rooted in cultural traditions
Supporting reproductive sovereignty, including abortion, miscarriage, and loss care
Holding space for birth as both a spiritual transition and a political act

Personal healing work to unlearn colonial mindsets and internalized oppression
Practicing body-centered awareness, somatic healing, and energy work
Navigating the emotional and spiritual weight of holding space for others
Strengthening intuition and reclaiming the wisdom of the body
This program is a minimum of 4 months with the option to extend to 6 months.
The value of this mentorship is $400/month.
